BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Reservation
To make a reservation, you must pay 50% of the total value of the service, in cash or making a bank transfer to the following account:
The balance must be paid in cash on the day of the activity. You will receive a confirmation of the service booked via email or a voucher as applicable.
Cancellation and no show
In case of cancelation, the 50% deposit will be refunded if you cancel the reservation at least 48 hours before the start of the activity. The payment will not be refunded with less than 48 hours’ notice.
In case of no show, there will be no refund of the money paid.
Suspended activity
In the event that the activity is suspended due to reasons of force majeure, an alternative date will be offered. If not accepted, we will refund 100% of the money paid.
